• Chat conversations. Messages you send to our website assistant (Alex) are saved, so we can follow up with you and improve the assistant.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Square. We don't see or store your full card number.
• Basic site data. Like most websites, our site uses cookies and collects basic information such as browser type, pages visited and general location, to keep the site working and understand how it's used.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and follow up on inquiries
• To schedule and prepare for strategy calls
• To provide, bill for, and support the services you buy
• To improve our website and our AI assistant

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business:

• Squarespace (website and forms)
• Square (invoices and payments)
• Acuity Scheduling (booking)
• Google (form storage and spam protection)
• Our assistant's hosting and database providers
• Anthropic, the AI provider that processes chat messages to generate the assistant's replies

These providers may use your information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

About our AI assistant

The chat on our website is an AI assistant, not a person. Please don't share sensitive information such as payment details or passwords in the chat. If you ask to speak with a person, we'll get back to you directly.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legal and accounting requirements. Then we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email rrlegion@rrlegionsystems.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.
