Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to rrlegionsystems.com and to the services R&R Legion Systems ("we," "us") provides. By using our website, booking a call, or paying for a service, you agree to them. If you're signing up for the AI Front Desk on behalf of a business, you agree for that business.

Our service

The AI Front Desk is an AI assistant we build, train on your business, install on your website and maintain for you. It answers website visitors, captures and qualifies leads, offers appointment times and sends you alerts. What's included is described on our Services page. Add-ons marked "coming soon" are not part of your plan until we offer them.

Pricing and payment

• Setup fee: a one-time fee, invoiced after your strategy call. We start building once it's paid.
• Monthly fee: billed each month starting the day your assistant goes live, charged automatically to the card or bank account you save with our payment processor, Square.
• Founding Client Offer: a reduced setup fee for a limited number of early clients. In return we ask for honest feedback and, if you're happy, a testimonial.
• Prices are listed on our website and may change. Changes to your monthly fee take effect only after we give you at least 30 days' notice by email.
• Prices don't include sales tax where it applies.

Refunds

• If you cancel before we start building, we refund your setup fee in full.
• Once building has started, the setup fee is non-refundable, because it covers work already done.
• Monthly fees are not refunded for partial months.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time by emailing rrlegion@rrlegionsystems.com. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for, then we stop billing and turn off your assistant. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contract.

Missed payments

If a monthly payment fails, we'll let you know. If it's still unpaid 15 days later, we may pause your assistant until it's paid.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your services, prices, service area, hours and policies, and tell us when anything changes. Your assistant answers from what you give us.
• Follow up on the leads, bookings and urgent requests your assistant sends you.
• Tell your website visitors how you handle their information, for example with a privacy notice on your site.
• Don't use the service for anything illegal, misleading or harmful.

About AI

Your assistant uses artificial intelligence. It's tested and monitored, but it can occasionally make mistakes or misunderstand a request. It is not an emergency service: it tells customers with an emergency to call 911 and flags urgent requests to you, but it can't respond to an emergency itself. Booking times it offers come from the availability you set.

No guaranteed results

We work to help you capture more leads and book more jobs, but we can't promise a specific number of leads, jobs or revenue.

Your data and our work

• Your business information and the leads and conversations your assistant collects belong to you. We use them only to provide and improve your service, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you leave, we'll send you an export on request.
• The software, systems and know-how behind the AI Front Desk belong to us. You get to use them for your business while your plan is active.

Availability

We aim to keep your assistant running around the clock, but it depends on internet services and providers outside our control, so we can't promise it will never be unavailable. If something goes wrong, we'll work to fix it quickly.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Our website

Our website and its content are for general information. You may not copy our content or design, or use the site in a way that interferes with how it works.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date and, for active clients, let you know of important changes by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
